Congratulations to Dr. Gotha, who due to a decision by the Chamber of Lawyers Karlsruhe, is authorized to hold the title "Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht" (Expert in Labor Law) since August 2011 - a result of Dr. Gotha's special knowledge and many years of practical experience.

Our firm supports the recently founded Arbitration Tribunal of the German-Romanian Chamber of Foreign Trade. Dr. Gotha is listed since April 2011 as an arbitrator there.

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ludwigshafen held a workshop on "Changes of the legal framework in Romania at the turn of the year 2010/2011" on the 27th of January 2011. The workshop has been the fourth in a row since 2007 and Dr. Gotha participated also this year as a legal expert. Program

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ludwigshafen held a Business Day Romania on the 1st of December 2010. Dr. Gotha participated as an expert within the workshop about „Investing, Sourcing, Distribution, Legal and Tax Questions.“ Program

Dr. Zinn held a conference on the 16th of November 2010 about the legal framework for investing in Mexico within the Business Day Mexico, organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Aachen.

The German-Mexican Lawyers Association's annual conference, which had been co-organized by Dr. Zinn, was held on September 2010 in Berlin. Main topics were the international protection of cultural aspects and the Mexican independence anniversary. www.dmjv.de

During this year's congress AIJA, which was held in August 2010 in Charleston, USA, Dr. Zinn took part in the meetings of the M&A- and International Business Commissions. Main topics that were discussed by the comissions were "Acquisitions of distressed Companies" and "Cross-border Joint Ventures."

This year again, Dr. Zinn has been appointed as expert for Corporate and Commercial Law in Germany by the English editor Pritchard's in its 2010 edition of the annual book „European Legal Experts.“
